The doll is realistic ish, it is a bit small, the only part that is realistic on this doll is the front part and back part, everything else is extremely small like the breasts, they are not regular sized, which is fine. I got this for my husband, he told me that the front feels a bit too rough, and he did not prefer that. He preferred the back side because it felt less rough and more like what the front should feel like.
