SECTION 2 – WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
These rules apply when you buy from us. Read ’em properly – we don’t keep a personal copy for you. Website terms are separate.

SECTION 3 – WHO CAN BUY
❌ No under-18s – we’ll cancel your order if we think you’re underage
❌ Don’t try to rip us off or break any laws with our products

SECTION 4 – WE CAN CHANGE THESE RULES
We might update these anytime. The latest version always applies. Old versions don’t count.

SECTION 5 – GIVE US THE RIGHT DETAILS
Make sure your order and delivery info is spot on. Tell us straight away if anything changes.

SECTION 6 – HOW THE DEAL WORKS

1. Add stuff to your basket
2. Checkout and click “Pay now”
3. We send a order received email – that’s the contract sorted
4. We’ll send your gear when payment clears

⚠ No stock? We’ll tell you and either:

• Offer something similar
• Give you a refund

SECTION 7 – PAYMENT

• Pay upfront (no payment, no goods)
• Prices include VAT and basic shipping
• If we mess up a price, we don’t have to honour it
• Chargebacks without returning goods = fraud (we’ll come after you)

SECTION 8 – DISCOUNTS & PROMOS

• One code per order unless we say otherwise
• Don’t share codes online
• We can bin any code we think is being misused

SECTION 9 – CUSTOM ORDERS

• We’ll send factory pics before shipping
• Minor changes? We’ll try (no promises)
• Big changes? Might cost extra or get rejected
• You choose it, you own it – no refunds if you don’t like your custom choices

SECTION 10 – DELIVERY

• Delivery = when it hits your door (even if left with neighbour)
• Tracking might not update till it reaches your country
• Be in or sort redelivery! If it gets returned, you pay the fees

SECTION 11 – PRODUCTS MIGHT NOT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICS

• Handmade Such As Love Dolls, Sex Torsos = tiny flaws (scratches, slight makeup smudges etc.)
• Custom orders like love dolls match your approved factory pics
• Measurements are guides only – don’t buy clothes till it arrives

SECTION 12 – WHEN IT’S OFFICIALLY YOURS
Only after:

1. You’ve paid in full
2. It’s been delivered

SECTION 13 – CHARGEBACKS = BIG TROUBLE
⚠ Don’t do a chargeback AND keep the goods – that’s fraud

• Return it FIRST if disputing
• We’ll chase you legally for dodgy chargebacks

SECTION 14 – EXTRA STUFF DELIVERED?

• Keep it? Pay for it
• Send it back? Handing Fees
  (Opening it = you’ve accepted it)

SECTION 15 – 14-DAY CANCELLATION (Not apply to sex dolls, sex torsos, and similar products)

1. Standard goods? 14 days to cancel (Not apply to sex dolls, sex torsos, and similar products)
2. Custom orders? NO cancellations
3. Opened hygiene items? Tough luck

SECTION 16 – WE CAN CANCEL TOO
If you’re rude to staff or we need to protect ourselves, deal’s off.

SECTION 17 – OUR LEGAL LIMITS
Not liable for:

• Your mistakes
• Business use
• Unforeseen disasters

SECTION 18 – STUFF WE CAN’T CONTROL
War, strikes, pandemics etc.? Not our problem.

SECTION 19 – TRANSFERRING THE CONTRACT
We can pass it on (we’ll keep it fair). You can’t without our say-so.

SECTION 20 – YOUR DATA
Handled per our Privacy Policy (which can change).

SECTION 21 – ENGLISH LAW RULES
English law applies.

Any legal issues? UK courts decide.

SECTION 22 – GENERAL STUFF

• Emails = official notices
• If one bit’s dodgy, rest still applies
