Products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact.

About Cancel Order Half Way
lf you want to cancel the order,you need toreceiv tems at first,and then return the item to our designated place on PayPAL.You also need to pay 5% PayPalfee, 7% our handling fee and 3.5% YODEL return freight. The first freight 1,99 not refund.

Customized products refer to 100% handmade productss. Unless there are quality issues, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged according to e-commerce law. If you insist on canceling customized handmade order, we will have to charge 60% of the total price as compensation for the craftsman, and 5.5% handing fees.
